The #1 take-a-way I had in my time with John/Performance U that has made me a better player is obviously all the helpful drills and programs John puts together speed and strength wise, but what really stuck out to me about John is the way he conducted himself everyday, good or bad, with the team or Performance U, he remained upbeat and passionate. I would say the attention to detail was the most important part of the training program that distinguished John and his staff from other places that I have been. The number one take away from working with John and the performance U is that just lifting weights without a goal is pointless.
