  • At Performance Unlimited, we do 2 things very well:

    1. Help athletes get faster, stronger, avoid injuries, and play at their full potential.

    2. Help adults lose weight, move better, build strength, get out of pain, and upgrade their quality of life.

    If you or your child fit into either of those categories, you're in the right place! If not?

    Schedule a call anyway. It's free, and the worst-case scenario is that we refer you to someone who is the right fit.

  • Nope! We understand why you might think that, but don’t worry. We work with a wide variety of ages and skill levels. Our process is designed to meet you at your current ability (then level it up 😎).

  • Absolutely! They would participate in our Sports Performance program. We work with youth from ages 9 and up.

  • Yes and yes. Our locker rooms each have 2 showers and several lockers. Our hot water works and your belongings will be safe.

  • Yes and No.

    For athletes in our Sports Performance program, private sessions are available.

    For members of our Adult Fitness program, we reserve private sessions for those who would be medically unsafe in our 3:1 small-group personal training model.
