Project-Based Programs

Short-term, high-impact. These 4-12 week plans are designed to develop specific performance qualities like vertical jump, first-step quickness, or top-end acceleration. Ideal for athletes focused on unlocking a particular movement skill.

Team Training Program

Train alongside other dedicated athletes year-round. This monthly subscription follows a full annual training cycle aligned with off-season and in-season demands. Includes in-app group chat, direct coaching feedback, and programming specific to soccer or lacrosse.

Customized Program

For athletes who want a fully individualized approach. After a movement assessment and 1-on-1 virtual consult, we build a 4-week training block tailored to your body, your needs, and your schedule. Includes ongoing direct access to your coach for real-time adjustments.
