Winter Movement Programs

Gearing up to get fit for your Spring sport? Trying to raise your game in the winter off season?

This Winter, be the first to train at the newly renovated Performance Unlimited training facility and participate in what will be the greatest winter season to date. Our programs are featuring several features that can not be found anywhere else in Charlotte.

Youth sports has become a battle ground between achieving athletic success and building character to ensure sustainable success for life. The current sporting landscape is more competitive earlier than ever before and the casualties leave life experience in its wake through burnout, self doubt, and injury.

Winter Programs

  • Ready to Play Training

    The Middle School and High School strength, movement, and leadership programs will feature the Ready to Play mental training program created by Jeremy Boone at Athlete by Design. This program uses the science of Sports Axiology to assess the decision making process of the athlete to quantify the tendencies that make up the speed and effectiveness of decisions during stressful and competitive play. In turn, the Ready to Play process and Performance Unlimited coaches individualize the exercises that will work to develop the areas of need and help the athlete leverage their strongest mental features. Examples of the skills that will be developed are Mental Toughness, Coachability, Focus, Growth Mindset, Game Intelligence, and Competitive Fire. This is a game changer for all athletes looking to increase their performance to the next level!

  • Sporting Institute

    Dr. William Graham, our very own concierge doctor, will be providing direct access and care for all athletes to pursue the highest level of sports medicine care. We have Dr. Graham and his staff of therapists on hand, in our facility, for seamless transition from high performance to rehab and back again training. If you or any athlete you know is looking for solutions to their athletic injuries, aches, or pains… we have the best in the business just steps away from your training.

  • Stretch your Options

    Stretch and Other Group Fitness Classes are offered during your training program as an alternative to any class you are registered for. Want to make up a strength class by attending a stretch class? That is absolutely doable with flexible class schedules and availability for all age levels in our brand new group fitness room. Do Mom and Dad want to attend class while your athletes are training? That works great! Sign up for preferred drop in sessions or a membership that features access to our portfolio of group classes in the afternoon or evenings. See the schedule for more details.

  • Recovery Room

    Use the Recovery Room at discounted rates. All Performance Unlimited athletes are eligible to use the recovery room for free with a season training purchase, or utilize the equipment when you need it for a low rate of $10 per 30 minutes. That’s a 35% savings. Book your recovery session now.

Monthly Memberships

Afraid you won’t be able to make all the scheduled sessions? Don’t worry, as long as there is room in other sessions, you can make up your session time on any other day/time your session is offered.

You may purchase a monthly membership for 8 sessions within any month for $160, or a you may purchase the entire 3-months of training at a discount, which gives you 24 sessions to be used within 3-months

You will need to create a profile to register for training or sign in with the profile that you have previously used if you have been with us before. If you do have problems signing in, please let me know as I can take care of anything on the back end for you.

Speed training and Technical sessions count as 1 session each.

Coach Marko Luetge will be running technical training from November 12th to February 16th. To enroll, purchase either a monthly membership for 8 sessions within any month for $160, or the entire 3-months of training at a discount, which gives you 24 sessions to be used within 3-months
