Greg Coholan

Sports Performance Coach

Greg Coholan assumed the role of Sports Performance Coach in 2023 to support the development of young athletes in their movement quality, speed & agility, power, and overall athletic ability that they can apply to their chosen sport. Greg comes with a background that reaches across various sports such as lacrosse, basketball, tennis, golf, soccer, skiing, and much more.

Lacrosse being his favorite, Greg’s love for the game led him to develop his skills and athleticism to be recognized as a top high school player in the country, and eventually named an All-American and 2X Team Captain at the University of Virginia.

Shortly after obtaining a Master’s Degree from the University of Virginia, Greg was drafted 6th overall to the professional lacrosse league and went on to enjoy a career spanning 4 seasons in both the MLL and PLL lacrosse leagues.

His time playing professional lacrosse uncovered a passion for natural movement, performance, coaching, and skill development. He began to coach within local lacrosse clubs and privately trained young athletes. This would lead him to obtain multiple certifications in Speed & Agility, Breathwork, and Functional Strength and Conditioning. Considering himself a student of all things performance, Greg continually dives into cutting-edge research studies and certification programs to enhance his capacity to positively impact young and developing athletes.

Outside of coaching, you can find Greg attempting to push his own limits of performance to new levels, taking on ultra-endurance races, practicing parkour/freerunning, taking on backcountry ski lines, and any other endeavor that might spark his curiosity.

Greg truly believes in the unlimited resilience and potential of the human body and is passionate about supporting and guiding young athletes as they develop and expand their athletic abilities to pursue their goals.
