A headcount of at least 30 athletes is needed for the best testing experience and results. Not sure if your headcount is there? Inquire anyway and let’s talk through it.
From the Same Organization
Goes without saying but we will anyway. Each athlete must belong to the same club/organization and play the same sport. Combines work best with cohesize groups.
Fully-Refundable Deposit
Place a $250 deposit down that comes right back to you once 30 athletes have completed registration for the event.
7 Tests That Measure Overall Athletic Ability
Get a precise snapshot of your athletes’ athletic prowess and receive a detailed report outlining their strengths and areas of improvement.

Measures lower body strength and power. A higher vertical jump means more explosive power on the field, court, or track.

The better your broad jump, the more likely you are to possess agility.
The better you can generate power and decelerate, the better you can change direction.

Measure short-distance speed and acceleration.
The quicker your 10-yard sprint, the quicker you accelerate!

Measures top-end speed, which is how fast you are in longer distances.

Tests your ability to change directions. The lower your time in the 5-0-5 the quicker you are in and out of cuts.

A good general measure of upper body strength and core stability.

A great indicator of upper body endurance. More chin-ups = more resilience.
